April Week 1

There is so much happening this time of year, it seems necessary to start posting weekly.

Monday we were closed for a long Easter Weekend, and the rest of the week flew by.

we got more chicks... green-egg-laying araucanas

 

they grow so much in just two weeks

 working hard in the sandbox

harvesting and washing sunchokes (aka jerusalem artichokes)

Basha kidded on April 1st, around midnight.  She had 2 does too! 
That makes 5 doelings (girls) so far! amazing odds!
